Delegated stakes is a service which provides transactions created for public key delegation.

There is also a following group of commands which provides this functionality - SRV_STAKE ORDER. Node Commands.

Delegation must be provided from the Wallet. There are necessary parameters for fee payment: validator’s fee and name of the network.

If a public certificate were specified, then it’s left to specify the m-tokens sum which is needed for key delegation. This sum later will participate in Consensus and will be considered in voting. The maximum weight in consensus has the biggest priority of block signing and more weighty vote.

If order was specified it could be just order of validator or staker.

If this is a validator order, then the staker pays from his wallet for all. He can just specify the address (not like the wallet address he pays from) for tax gathering by stake specified by the validator in order.

And the last option is staker order bought. Then the validator specifies its private certificate for delegation and also can specify the address of the node which will be used in consensus.

(For participate in consensus delegated certificate must be on the Master Node)
