This is decentralized token exchange of the Cellframe project.
How it works?
User creates an exchange transaction where he specifies; how many tokens he wants to buy, how many he wants to pay and which exchange rate is acceptable for him.
Exchange rate is the relation between two tokens. For example, if the user specifies token_sell = CELL and token_buy = KEL with rate = 2.0 it means that one CELL is exchanged for 2 KEL’s.
Another user can see available orders in the network and create a transaction which will execute this order particularly or fully (buy tokens or sell them by corresponding rate).
